I drew a teapot that I have at home and worked to divide the sections so I could replicate it for printing. The teapot has three distinct parts: the handle, the body and the lid. I would print the lid and the handle separately then print the body. The body is circular but has a protruding part for the spout. Here are my renditions:
I think if my teapot was fabricated using acrylic the handle would definitely break. After considering this, the best approach would be to print the handle along with the body of the teapot so that it is more secure. The handle needs to carry the weight of the entire teapot when filled with liquid, so it needs to be stronger.
