Nikita Huggins is a researcher, creative technologist,
and educator working at the intersection of language,
cultural preservation, machine learning, biodesign,
and food.
Nikita is an SSLD Social Social Sector Leadership Development Fellow, NEW INC alum,
2019 playlest participant, USA Artist Fellowship nominee, NYU Post-Doctoral Research Fellow,
ITP/NYU SIR (Something in Residence) Research Fellow, 2017 CCFest organizer,
ITP Teacher Corps co-founder and educator.
Nikita completed bachelor’s studies in Information Technology and Management and holds a master’s degree from
ITP - Interactive Telecommunications Program at NYU where she is faculty.
Studio Coosoomay is a sandbox for her creative practice where she simmers
works that seek to ignite thought and instigate change.
